I don't mind it, but I wouldn't run one again. I wanted to strip mine off my old car and run black bumpers and euro front m5 lip. So go the best laid plans...

All depends in what colour. Nay for the most part, but there are a few exceptions.

Nein. Alpine white, and the darker blues and greens I can deal with. Everything else.. Meh.

Also depends on wheel choice importantly, too.

Agree 100%

BBS RS! Lachsillber is more of a classy color eh

I always liked the kit (not so much the side skirts they don't line up with the front cover properly)....

And so I just did euro bumpers on my lachsillber buggy and thinking of going m tech

Not wrong there...I don't know who belongs to this car but I find it inspirational.

You ask if it's gay after you've already started a thread wanting to buy a set?

I'm pretty fond of mine too:http://www.mye28.com/viewtopic.php?t=121049

I think the only color it doesn't work on is red.

That Alpine isn't Kohler's, I don't know whose it is. It does look nice though (and I don't really cotton to white cars).

I beg to differ.

That white car is Edgar's 528e. (eze1970, iirc).

Here is my car. For sale (without the RSs).

Nice^^^^ My kit came royalblau.. I wanted to find a royalblau e28 to fit it to, but could not unfortunately.

So I just fitted it to mine which is ascot grau. Then go figure a week after I fit it, a royal blau e28 came up FS super cheap in my city, but the paint was totally faded and ruined so I guess it was not too big of a disappointment.

Well, to each his own I suppose (I see you have a red car, so that might explain your preference). I've seen just as many red M-Tech kits that make the car look as tacky as a bad '80's TransAm.
